3. A specially trained Coach who has the responsibility to supervise The Process to achieve the optimum business opportunities for the Farmer.
   
   
4. A specially trained Information Manager who has the responsibility to supervise the information through The Process.
   
   
5. eCOGENT.biz shall not disclose, publish or authorise others to publish data, drawings, specifications, reports, financial accounts or other information pertaining to the work assigned without your permission.
   
   
6. The supply of computer programmes required for The eCOGENT.biz Process.

Your Commitment

Members must commit to:

1. Full disclosure of accurate information supplied electronically on the formats provided, by the 15th of each month. Failure to provide this information monthly is deemed to be a breach of the commitment and could lead to termination.
   
   
2. Fully utilise the eLearning CD's that are provided.
   
   
3. Obtaining basic computer skills and providing a basic standard computer, colour printer and Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook.
   
   
4. Understanding that the rate at which benefits are obtained from the eCOGENT.biz Process is highly dependent on the rate of learning, awareness and enthusiasm for business success exhibited by the member, as well as timely input of the monthly information.
