Steve followed a fairly long, albeit somewhat different journey that led himto the exciting opportunity of working as an eCOGENT coach. Raised on a mixed dairy farm in the UK, I studied agricultural science and extension before heading overseas and spending 25+ years on rural development/sustainable agriculture project assignments in Africa, SE Asia and India.
